Payment arrangements
Purchase goods in the online shop ledomeistrai.lt will be available at checkout:
- Payment by e-banking. Electronic banking systems of the following banks are supported.
Delivery of goods
- Delivery methods, deadlines and prices:
Delivery in Vilnius region – within 1-2 working days (10.00€);
Pick-up in Vilnius by prior arrangement.
- We aim to deliver all goods within 1 – 2 working days. In exceptional cases (e.g. before long holidays such as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter), the order deadline may be extended further, but the responsible employee will inform you of this exception by phone or email.
- If the Customer fails to collect the Goods on time and they are returned to the Seller, the Customer shall be liable for the delivery costs.
Purchase rules
1. General Regulations
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (the “Terms and Conditions”) are a binding legal document between the parties setting out the terms and conditions between the Buyer and the online shop „ledomeistrai.lt“ mutual rights, obligations, conditions of purchase and payment, delivery, liability of the parties and other provisions relating to the purchase and sale of goods.
1.2. The Seller shall have the right to change, amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the statutory requirements. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions shall only apply to orders placed after the amendment to the Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The use of „ledomeistrai.lt“ services is available to natural persons with legal capacity; minors between the ages of 14 and 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they are independently disposing of their own income; and legal persons and authorised representatives of the aforementioned persons.
1.4. Online shops „ledomeistrai.lt“ trade is limited to the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Concluding a sale and purchase agreement
2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the product(s) to be purchased and having formed a shopping cart, clicks on the “Checkout” button on the shopping order form.
3. Rights – obligations of the buyer
3.1. The buyer has the right to buy the goods in „ledomeistrai.lt“ shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Online Shop.
3. 2. The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods ordered and to pay the price of the goods and their delivery (if any).
3.3. If the data provided by the Buyer in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it without delay.
3.4. The Buyer, using the „ledomeistrai.lt“ online shop, undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions and not to violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller’s rights – obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer, in accordance with the terms and conditions and within the delivery terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. In exceptional circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.3. The Seller shall have the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if the Buyer fails to pay for the Goods within 2 (two) working days.
4.4 In the event of compelling circumstances where the Seller is unable to provide the Buyer with the goods ordered, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an equivalent product and, if the Buyer refuses to accept the equivalent product, to refund the money paid by the Buyer (if the goods have been paid for) within 2 working days.
5. Prices, payment procedures and terms
5.1. The prices of the products in the online shop and in the order form are quoted in euros including VAT.„ledomeistrai.lt“ reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the event of changes in tax rates or the Euro (EUR) exchange rate.
5.2. The buyer pays for the goods by bank transfer – using online banking, the money is transferred to one of „ledomeistrai.lt “ bank accounts.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1. Goods shall be delivered by the Seller or its authorised representative.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods in person. If he/she is unable to accept the goods himself/herself and the goods have been delivered to the address indicated on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim that the goods have been delivered to the wrong entity.
6.3. At the time of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition, quantity, quality and range of the goods with the Seller or his authorised representative. Once the Buyer has signed the invoice (bill of lading) or any other document of transfer and acceptance of the consignment, the consignment shall be deemed to have been handed over in good condition.
6.4. In the event that the Buyer cancels the contract of sale on the basis of these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall be liable for all direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The amount of these costs incurred by the Seller shall be deducted from the monies paid by the Buyer for the Goods to be returned.
6.5. Delivery in Vilnius region within 1-2 working days. On-site pick-up within 1-2 working days.
7. Return of goods
7.1. Goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Complaints about the quality of the goods will be accepted upon collection of the goods.
8. Final provisions
8.1. Relationships arising under these rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
